Welcome to MKO Laser LLC.

The following terms and conditions govern your use of our laser engraving and custom crafting goods and services. By using this website or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to abide and be bound by these terms.

1. Orders:

• All orders are final upon confirmation.
• Any changes, or cancellations, must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.

2. Artwork and Design:

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and high-resolution artwork for any custom orders.
• Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the      artwork, including but not limited to origin and destination details.
• MKO Laser LLC reserves the right to refuse any customer-provided artwork.
• MKO Laser LLC is not liable for any design errors resulting from customer-provided files.
• MKO Laser LLC is not liable for customers misrepresenting, omitting, or providing falsehoods about the content, or ownership of customer-provided artwork in violation of      intellectual property and copyright laws.

3. Materials:

• MKO Laser LLC reserves the right to choose materials suitable for engraving or crafting.
• Customer-specific materials must meet our guidelines, and we may refuse service if deemed inappropriate.
• All materials have variations and imperfections all materials that can result in unforeseen, unexpected, or unplannable imperfections in final art. Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless MKO Laser LLC in these matters.

4. Shipping and Delivery:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• MKO Laser LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property:

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any provided artwork.
• MKO Laser LLC retains the right to showcase completed projects for promotional purposes.

6. Liability:

• MKO Laser LLC is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.

7. Reselling Prohibition:

· Customers acknowledge and agree not to resell any products purchased from MKO Laser LLC without the expressed written consent of MKO Laser LLC.

· MKO Laser LLC reserves the right to take legal action against any customer, or customers, found in violation of this reselling restriction and seek compensatory and punitive damages, legal fee recoupment, and injunctive relief as deemed necessary.

8. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Virginia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Virgina.
